Cancellation requests: Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment. If approved, an 18% cancellation fee applies and 82% of the order total is refunded to the original payment method. Can I receive a refund if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?
A change of mind or personal preference does not generally qualify for a return or refund of an intimate or customized product. Refunds or other remedies may be available if you receive an incorrect item, a significantly defective product, significant shipping damage, or where required by law. How does Purchase Protection work?
Inspect your order promptly upon delivery, before use. If the item is incorrect, significantly defective, or damaged in shipping, email info@myrealdolls.com as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery when reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos, and any relevant video or packaging photos. We will review the evidence and advise you of the next steps. Please keep the product, packaging, and accessories and do not return anything without prior authorization. The requested reporting time does not affect rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Are there conditions that may limit guarantee coverage?

A. For a physical return or exchange authorized by MyRealDolls, please keep the product in its original packaging with all accessories. Used intimate products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Contact Customer Support before sending anything back.

B. Every effort is made by our make-up artists to re-create the make-up done by the photographer during the photo session, however it is not guaranteed to match 100%. You will most likely be very happy with your dolls make-up, but in the rare event that you don't like it you can simply remove it with mineral oil (being very careful to avoid eyebrows) and are free to re-apply make-up to your own personal preference.

Common Non-Qualifying Issues (Subject to Applicable Law)

1. Minor skin imperfections - Small imperfections on your dolls skin can sometimes occur during the mold injection and un-molding process. These will generally be inconspicuous and we like to think of them more as unique 'birth marks'. 
   2. Loose fingernails - Finger and toenails are something else that we carefully inspect during our approval inspection to make sure they are glued well and cleanly.  However nails can become loose. If a nail does become loose or fall off, use our repair kit to re-attach it.
   3. Loose eyelashes - Your doll is shipped with a protective eye mask to protect her delicate eyelashes. If an eyelash does come loose use some glue to reattach it.
   4. Suspicious damages - A return or exchange is not available solely because a product is unused or the customer changes their mind. Reports of damage will be evaluated based on available evidence. Damage resulting from misuse is generally not considered a manufacturing defect, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
   5. Negligence - If your doll sustains damage due to mishandling or lack of care, is generally not covered as a manufacturing defect. Our team can discuss possible repair options.
   6. Minor cosmetic differences in makeup, unless they constitute a qualifying defect.
   7. Used intimate products are generally not eligible for return for hygiene reasons, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
