MyRealDolls Purchase Protection
We stand behind the authenticity and quality of the products we sell. If your order arrives incorrect, significantly damaged, or affected by a qualifying manufacturing defect, contact our customer-support team for an assessment and an appropriate resolution. Returns and refunds are subject to our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Cancellation requests: Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment. If approved, an 18% cancellation fee applies and 82% of the order total is refunded to the original payment method. Orders are generally final after 24 hours, except where applicable law provides otherwise. See the full Refund Policy for details.

Can I receive a refund if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?
A change of mind or personal preference does not generally qualify for a return or refund of an intimate or customized product. Refunds or other remedies may be available if you receive an incorrect item, a significantly defective product, significant shipping damage, or where required by law. See our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee for details.

What is the MyRealDolls® Guarantee?

For a verified product issue covered by our policies, our team will review the circumstances and arrange an appropriate remedy. Depending on the issue, this may include troubleshooting, repair assistance, replacement parts, replacement of a qualifying product, or a refund where appropriate or required by law. The available remedy is determined after reviewing the claim.

How are you able to give a guarantee when others don't?
MyRealDolls® works with established manufacturers to offer a range of realistic sex dolls and responsive customer support. We aim to provide clear product information and assistance with qualifying concerns.

We work with our manufacturers to check product specifications and identify visible issues before dispatch. Despite quality-control measures, occasional manufacturing or shipping problems may occur. Our support team can help evaluate a qualifying claim under the published policies.

MyRealDolls® places great importance on the high-quality and expert craftsmanship of our love dolls. We intend for them to stimulate your mind and body and provide you with pleasure and companionship for years to come.

Why do we go to all this trouble?  Because we have really high standards and will settle for nothing but the best for you! You are our valued customer and we do everything possible to ensure your doll, as well as your entire experience with MyRealDolls® exceeds your expectations. We think if our love dolls measure up to our highest standards then they will measure up to yours too. Our purchase-protection commitments apply to qualifying concerns under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

How does Purchase Protection work?
Inspect your order promptly upon delivery, before use. If the item is incorrect, significantly defective, or damaged in shipping, email info@myrealdolls.com as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery when reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos, and any relevant video or packaging photos. We will review the evidence and advise you of the next steps. Please keep the product, packaging, and accessories and do not return anything without prior authorization. The requested reporting time does not affect rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Are there conditions that may limit guarantee coverage?

A. For a physical return or exchange authorized by MyRealDolls, please keep the product in its original packaging with all accessories. Used intimate products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Contact Customer Support before sending anything back.

B. Every effort is made by our make-up artists to re-create the make-up done by the photographer during the photo session, however it is not guaranteed to match 100%. You will most likely be very happy with your dolls make-up, but in the rare event that you don't like it you can simply remove it with mineral oil (being very careful to avoid eyebrows) and are free to re-apply make-up to your own personal preference.

Common Non-Qualifying Issues (Subject to Applicable Law)

1. Minor skin imperfections - Small imperfections on your dolls skin can sometimes occur during the mold injection and un-molding process. These will generally be inconspicuous and we like to think of them more as unique 'birth marks'.
   2. Loose fingernails - Finger and toenails are something else that we carefully inspect during our approval inspection to make sure they are glued well and cleanly.  However nails can become loose. If a nail does become loose or fall off, use our repair kit to re-attach it.
   3. Loose eyelashes - Your doll is shipped with a protective eye mask to protect her delicate eyelashes. If an eyelash does come loose use some glue to reattach it.
   4. Suspicious damages - A return or exchange is not available solely because a product is unused or the customer changes their mind. Reports of damage will be evaluated based on available evidence. Damage resulting from misuse is generally not considered a manufacturing defect, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
   5. Negligence - If your doll sustains damage due to mishandling or lack of care, is generally not covered as a manufacturing defect. Our team can discuss possible repair options.
   6. Minor cosmetic differences in makeup, unless they constitute a qualifying defect.
   7. Used intimate products are generally not eligible for return for hygiene reasons, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

What about price? Can you guarantee the lowest price?
MyRealDolls® guarantees a fair competitive price on all of our sex dolls. If you see a cheaper price elsewhere feel free to ask us if we can price match it - If we can, we will. If we can't, we'll tell you why.

MATERIALS & FEATURES

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN : SILICONE, STPE AND TPE SEX DOLLS?

Silicone, STPE (Super TPE), and TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) are three popular material options used in realistic sex dolls. Each offers unique advantages in terms of softness, realism, durability, maintenance, and price.

Understanding these differences will help you choose the material that best matches your preferences and budget.

SILICONE — Premium Realism & Durability

Silicone is generally preferred by customers looking for exceptional realism, highly detailed features, durability, and easier maintenance.

Main Advantages:

• Excellent facial and body detail with realistic skin textures

• Generally more resistant to staining and surface wear

• Easier to clean and maintain

• Holds fine sculpted details exceptionally well

• Available in soft, lifelike formulations

• Typically offers excellent long-term durability with proper care

Best For: Customers who prioritize premium realism, detailed craftsmanship, durability, and simpler maintenance.

Silicone sex dolls generally cost more due to their materials and manufacturing processes.

STPE (SUPER TPE) — Advanced Softness & Flexibility

STPE is an advanced formulation of Thermoplastic Elastomer, designed to offer enhanced softness, realistic skin texture, and potentially improved resilience compared with conventional TPE.

It combines many of the desirable characteristics of traditional TPE with refinements that vary by manufacturer.

Main Advantages:

• Exceptionally soft, flexible, and lifelike skin feel

• Natural body movement and flexibility

• Advanced formulations may provide improved resistance to tearing

• Some formulations offer reduced surface oiliness and odor

• Excellent elasticity and realistic body contours

• Often positioned between standard TPE and silicone in price

Best For: Customers seeking a balance between softness, realistic touch, flexibility, and value.

STPE generally requires similar cleaning, drying, and storage precautions to traditional TPE, although maintenance requirements depend on the specific formulation.

TPE (THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER) — Softness & Affordability

TPE is especially popular for its exceptional softness, flexibility, natural body movement, and affordable pricing.

Main Advantages:

• Very soft and flexible skin-like texture

• Natural body movement and jiggle

• Comfortable, lifelike touch

• Excellent flexibility around articulated areas

• Generally more affordable than STPE and silicone

• Available in various softness levels and formulations

Best For: Customers who prioritize softness, flexibility, and excellent value for money.

TPE generally requires more careful cleaning, thorough drying, proper storage, and periodic surface maintenance than silicone.

WHICH MATERIAL IS BETTER?

There is no single best material for everyone. The right choice depends on your personal priorities.

• Choose SILICONE if you value premium realism, detailed facial and body features, durability, and easier maintenance.

• Choose STPE if you want advanced softness, flexibility, and a balance between realistic feel and long-term value.

• Choose TPE if your priorities are maximum softness, natural body movement, and affordability.

At MyRealDolls, we believe that choosing the right material is an important part of finding your ideal realistic sex doll.

Material formulations, softness, durability, and maintenance requirements can vary significantly between manufacturers. STPE is not a universally standardized material grade, so its characteristics may differ between brands.

Always review the individual product specifications before ordering to ensure your chosen doll meets your expectations.

HOW LONG DOES A SEX DOLL LAST?

A high-quality sex doll can last many years when properly maintained, but there is no universal lifespan.

Longevity depends on several factors, including:

• TPE or silicone formulation

• Frequency of use

• How often the doll is moved

• Storage position

• Joint handling

• Cleaning and drying

• Exposure to heat and sunlight

• Clothing dye transfer

• Overall maintenance

A carefully handled doll used occasionally may remain in excellent condition much longer than one that is frequently moved, stretched, or stored improperly.

To extend your doll's lifespan:

• Never force the joints beyond their natural resistance

• Avoid sharp objects

• Avoid excessive stretching

• Keep the doll away from prolonged direct sunlight

• Clean and dry it properly after use

• Follow the manufacturer's material-specific care instructions

• Store the doll without excessive pressure on the joints or skin

Minor TPE damage can sometimes be repaired with material-specific repair products, while silicone repairs normally require products designed specifically for silicone.

HOW DOES A SEX DOLL SKELETON WORK?

Modern full-size sex dolls contain an internal articulated metal skeleton designed to allow realistic positioning and movement.

Depending on the model and manufacturer, movement may include articulation of the:

• Neck

• Shoulders

• Elbows

• Wrists

• Fingers

• Spine or waist

• Hips

• Knees

• Ankles

Premium skeleton upgrades may also offer features such as shrugging shoulders, enhanced hip movement, flexible waists, articulated fingers, or improved standing systems.

IMPORTANT

A doll's joints should never be forced beyond their intended range of movement.

The flexibility of the internal skeleton does not mean that the outer TPE or silicone skin can safely stretch to the same degree. Excessive or prolonged stretching can create stress around areas such as the armpits, groin, fingers, knees, or elbows.

Move your doll slowly and support heavier body areas when repositioning it.

WHAT DO THE INTERNAL OPENINGS LOOK LIKE?

Many realistic sex dolls feature carefully sculpted oral, vaginal, and anal openings designed with internal texture and realistic proportions.

The exact:

• Depth

• Diameter

• Internal texture

• Softness

• Tongue design

• Vaginal construction

• Anal construction

will vary depending on the individual model and manufacturer.

For this reason, always check the specifications on the individual product page rather than relying on one universal measurement.

REMOVABLE VAGINA VS. BUILT-IN VAGINA: WHICH IS BETTER?

Many sex dolls are available with either a built-in vagina or a removable vaginal insert, depending on the brand and model.

BUILT-IN VAGINA

A built-in vagina is integrated directly into the doll's body.

Advantages:

• More seamless appearance

• Greater visual realism

• No removable insert to position

• Often preferred by customers prioritizing realism

Considerations:

• Requires careful internal cleaning

• Complete drying after cleaning is particularly important

• Repairs or replacement can be more complicated

REMOVABLE VAGINA

A removable vagina uses a separate insert that can be removed from the doll.

Advantages:

• Easier to remove for cleaning

• Easier to dry thoroughly

• Can usually be replaced independently

• Convenient for customers prioritizing maintenance

Considerations:

• Slightly less seamless than a built-in design

• Fit and construction vary between manufacturers

WHICH SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?

Choose built-in if maximum realism is your priority.

Choose removable if convenient cleaning and replacement are more important to you.

Not every model offers both options, so check the product's customization menu before ordering.

STANDING FEET VS. REGULAR FEET

Many full-size sex dolls offer a choice between regular feet and standing feet.

REGULAR FEET

Regular feet are primarily intended for dolls that will be positioned while sitting, lying down, or otherwise supported.

STANDING FEET

Standing-foot systems are designed to allow compatible dolls to stand when positioned correctly.

Depending on the manufacturer, these systems may use reinforced internal structures, bolts, or other supporting components.

Standing ability varies by model, weight, skeleton design, and manufacturer.

IMPORTANT

Even with a standing-foot option:

• Position the doll carefully

• Use a stable, level surface

• Never leave a standing doll unsupported where it could fall

• Do not force the ankles or feet into unnatural positions

• Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the specific standing system

STANDARD BREASTS VS. SOFT OR HOLLOW BREAST OPTIONS

Many manufacturers offer optional breast technologies designed to create increased softness and natural movement.

Depending on the brand, these may be described as:

• Hollow breasts

• Soft breasts

• Gel breasts

• Jelly breasts

• Super-soft breasts

These technologies are not identical, and their construction varies by manufacturer.

A softer breast option may provide:

• More natural movement

• Softer compression

• Increased jiggle

• A more lifelike tactile experience

Standard breasts may offer a firmer feel and simpler internal construction.

Always check the individual product options because availability and technology differ significantly between brands.

HEATING YOUR SEX DOLL

Warmth can add another level of realism to a TPE or silicone doll, but heating methods should always be used carefully and according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Not every doll is compatible with every heating method, particularly models containing electronics or internal heating systems.

There are several common options.

A – INTERNAL FULL-BODY HEATING SYSTEMS

Some manufacturers offer an optional built-in heating system.

Depending on the design, heating elements may be incorporated into areas such as the:

• Torso

• Chest

• Abdomen

• Vaginal area

• Anal area

The doll connects to a compatible power supply or controller, allowing the internal system to gradually warm designated areas.

ADVANTAGES

• Convenient integrated system

• More consistent warmth

• Can warm a larger portion of the body

• No separate internal warming accessory required

CONSIDERATIONS

• Usually an additional-cost option

• Not offered on every model

• May affect compatibility with certain skeleton upgrades

• Internal electrical systems can be more complicated to repair

• Heating time varies by manufacturer and model

SAFETY

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the system.

Do not:

• Exceed the recommended temperature

• Leave the system operating unattended

• Use incompatible chargers or power supplies

• Expose electrical connections to water

• Clean or submerge the doll while connected to power

Some manufacturers specifically advise that the doll should not be used while the heating system is operating.

Allow the system to reach the recommended temperature, disconnect it as instructed, and verify that the surface temperature is comfortable before use.

B – EXTERNAL WARMING RODS

Some dolls include or offer an optional warming rod designed to warm an internal cavity before use.

These devices typically connect to a compatible USB power source.

ADVANTAGES

• Simple to use

• Portable

• Affordable

• Easy to replace

• Useful for warming a specific area

CONSIDERATIONS

• Only heats a localized area

• Does not warm the entire body

• Heating performance varies between devices

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Only use a warming device that is specifically confirmed as compatible with your doll.

Never:

• Leave a warming rod unattended

• Leave it inserted longer than recommended

• Force the device into an opening

• Use a damaged cable or heating device

• Use it around water

• Assume every USB heater is suitable for TPE or silicone

Excessive or concentrated heat can permanently damage both TPE and silicone surfaces.

C – GENTLE EXTERNAL WARMING

If your doll does not have an internal heating system, gentle external warmth may be an alternative when permitted by the manufacturer.

LOW-HEAT ELECTRIC BLANKET

A low-temperature electric blanket may gradually warm the exterior of some dolls.

If using one:

• Use only gentle heat

• Avoid concentrating heat in one area

• Check the doll regularly

• Never leave it unattended

• Avoid heating electrical components, batteries, or ports

• Stop immediately if the surface becomes excessively warm

Always follow both the blanket manufacturer's instructions and the doll manufacturer's care recommendations.

WARM ROOM

One of the simplest approaches is simply allowing the doll to gradually reach a comfortable temperature in a warm room before use.

This avoids concentrated heat and is generally easier to control.

HEATING METHODS TO AVOID

Unless the manufacturer specifically approves them, do not use uncontrolled or concentrated heat sources, including:

• Hair dryers

• Heat guns

• Space heaters positioned directly against the doll

• Radiators

• Very hot water

• Boiling water

• Heated pads at excessive temperatures

• Open flames

You should also not submerge a complete doll in a bath simply to heat it unless the manufacturer explicitly confirms that the entire model—including the skeleton, head connections, electronics, and any heating systems—is suitable for full immersion.

The surface material tolerating water does not necessarily mean the complete assembled doll is waterproof.

CAN I USE WARMING LUBRICANT?

For general use, a high-quality water-based lubricant is the safest default for most TPE and silicone dolls unless the manufacturer recommends otherwise.

Some warming lubricants contain additional ingredients that may not be compatible with every material formulation.

Before using a specialty warming lubricant, confirm that it is compatible with your specific doll material.

Avoid silicone-based lubricants on silicone products unless the manufacturer expressly confirms compatibility.

FINAL ADVICE

TPE, silicone, skeleton designs, heating systems, and customization technologies continue to evolve, and specifications can vary considerably between manufacturers.

For the best results:

• Check the individual product specifications

• Follow the manufacturer's instructions

• Use only compatible cleaning and maintenance products

• Never force joints

• Avoid excessive or concentrated heat

• Keep electrical components away from water

• Contact MyRealDolls if you are unsure about compatibility before using an accessory
